Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv) has completed the reconstruction of the forecourt of Terminal B.

reconstruction significant deficiencies, which were inconvenient for
passengers and drivers, were eliminated.

Reconstruction improved the capacity and logistics efficiency of the
Terminal B forecourt due to streamlining and organizing traffic in front
of the terminal.

In addition, asphalt pavement was completely replaced, pedestrian
walkways were repaired and all necessary facilities on the site were
provided. To increase the number of parking places two parking lots were
combined, an additional special parking lot for the company vehicles
was made.

“The reconstruction work was carried out with minimum restrictions on
using the forecourt, without causing any inconvenience to passengers,”
reads a statement.

“The Terminal B forecourt will remain the major transport interchange
of the airport until the reconstruction of Terminal D is completed. In
the future it will be used for the transfer of passengers, departing
from Terminal F,” reads the report.
