The shareholders of energy supply company PJSC Donetskoblenergo at a meeting on March 27 decided to rename the company DTEK Donetskoblenergo.

Ukraine’s largest private vertically integrated energy holding DTEK said on the London Stock Exchange that the shareholders also approved the results of the company’s business activities for 2011 and determined the priorities for 2012.

As reported, the DTEK Donetskoblenergo shareholders reduced the number of the supervisory council members from seven to three persons.

Oleksandr Pozniakov (the representative of Energy Company of Ukraine, which owns 25% in Donetskoblenergo) and DTEK Holdings Ltd (Cyprus, owns 68.9% in Donetskoblenergo) remained the supervisory council members. DTEK Holdings B.V. (the Netherlands) became a new member of the supervisory council.

At the same time, Mykhailo Mikhailov, Olena Saloid, Oleksandr Kusch (all are the representatives of Energy Company of Ukraine), Energy Company of Ukraine and DTEK Ltd. (Donetsk) left the supervisory council.
