Ukraine and Russia have struck a compromise over paying for Russian gas and its purchase by Ukraine's national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky said.
“Gas is being delivered, the issue of financing and payment is [settled],” the minister said in Kyiv on Nov. 18.
