As part of Global Pioneers, a major European startup and investor conference series, PioneersKyiv will hold its second edition on Nov. 28 in Kyiv. Eight startups will pitch to a board of experts with a chance to get a ticket to the Pioneers Festival to be held in March 2016 in Vienna.

Among these experts will be Dimitri Podoliev, co-founder of the Seed Forum Eastern Europe Foundation and of the iHUB Network; Viktor Kompaneyets, Head of venture investments at Digital Future; Michael Ryabokon, COO at Noosphere Global; MagneticOne founder Ruslan Savchyshyn and UAngel Executive Director Regina Makhotina.

Also participating as a speaker will be Denys Beregovyi, an associate at Juscutum Attorneys who specializes in IT and media legislation.

The program will feature a panel discussion on “Reducing startup risks to get investors funding.”

Each year Pioneers Festival brings together more than 1,600 startups and 400 investors from 90 countries.

The first PioneersKyiv festival took place in June this year. The winner was Andrey Maranov, a student of Bogomolets National Medical University, whose startup ARanEd suggests a holistic approach to human skeleton research employing augmented reality technology.
