Homeland Estate (Kyiv) has signed an agreement on representing the interests of the Hadley brand of elite men's clothing (France) in matters of renting retail space and building a sales network in Ukraine.

According to a press release from Homeland Estate, on May 21, 2013 it
closed a deal to rent 59 square meters of retail space on the ground
floor of the Sky Mall trade center, where on July 1 the Hadley shop will
begin work.

“We will represent the interests of the brand in all future
transactions. Our task is to place its stores in shopping centers in
Kyiv that are the most relevant to the needs of the brand,” reads a
statement, citing managing partner of Homeland Estate Heorhiy Yasynsky.

According to Homeland Estate, it is planned to open three Hadley
stores in Kyiv – in the Ocean Plaza, Sky Mall and Gulliver malls, after
which it is planned to open shops in the cities with populations
exceeding one million people.

Homeland Estate has been working on the real estate market in Ukraine
since 2008, providing a full range of agency, management, development,
investment and consulting services in the field of commercial and
residential real estate.

Hadley is a French luxury brand of men’s clothing. The opening of the
first store of the brand in Ukraine in the Ocean Plaza trade center is
scheduled for June 2013.
