The new owner of enterprise with 100 percent foreign capital Ukrainian National Lottery (UNL), one of the three operators on the Ukrainian lottery market, has become UNL Holding LLC (Budapest), according to information in the unified state register.
According to the report, the beneficiary of UNL Holding LLC is Ukrainian citizen Serhiy Pindych.
However, according to the article “Who and how improves the investment climate in Ukraine” on the Dilova Stolytsia website (Business capital) dated Sept. 2, the acquisition of Ukrainian National Lottery by the Hungarian company in fact took place 2014.
Prior to 2014, the principal owner of UNL was Olympic Gold Holding Limited (the British Virgin Islands), but in August 2014 it became British company Starbell Investments Limited (London), whose director, according to the UK Data Centre, was Pindych.
