Kraft Foods on October 1 was split into two independent public companies, particularly Mondelez International, a global corporation producing snacks, and Kraft Foods Group Inc, which will work exclusively in the United States and Canada.
According to the press service of PJSC Kraft Foods Ukraine (Trostianets, Sumy region), thus the Ukrainian company became part of Mondelez International and intends in the next two years to change its name to another one close to the global brand.
The strategy of Kraft Foods Ukraine will remain unchanged.
Kraft Foods Ukraine has been working in Ukraine since 1995.
In Ukraine the company produces chocolate, coffee, cookies, salty snacks, chewing gum and candies.
It includes Trostianets confectionery factory and the Vyshgorod branch producing potato chips (Kyiv region).
