Kremenchuk city council plans to place A Series bonds worth Hr 25 million from September 11 to December 30, 2012, reads an offering memorandum posted in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market.
The securities will be placed without attraction of underwriters and trading organizers.
As reported, Kremenchuk city council on January 31, 2012 decided to issue three-year bonds to finance purchases of new trolleybuses and new side-shows for the Prydniprovsky park.
The bonds were issued in a book-entry form with the face value of Hr 5,000 each.
The interest rate for the whole period of the bonds' circulation was set at 14% per annum. Interest rates will be paid every year.
