You're reading: Kyivenergo borrows Hr 185.9 million from DTEK

Kyiv-based energy company public JSC Kyivenergo has agreed on borrowing of Hr 185.9 million via a credit line from Cyprus-based DTEK Holdings Ltd., according to an announcement on the Ukrainian Public Procurements Web portal.

The sides signed a corresponding agreement on November 7, 2012.

The credit line has been opened for three years, and the effective interest rate on it is 9% per annum.

Kyivenergo operates almost all power facilities in Kyiv, with the exception of the Darnytsa heat and electricity station. Private energy holding DTEK owns a 72.33% stake in Kyivenergo. National JSC Energy Company of Ukrainian holds 25% plus one share.
