Sochi - Lukoil is selling filling stations in Ukraine for $300 million, the oil company's president, Vagit Alekperov, told journalists.

He said materials on this deal are at present with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

‘We are waiting until the end of this month to receive permission for the sale,’ he said.

Alekperov said that it is planned to sell the filling station network at balance value. ‘This is within the framework of about $300 million,’ he said.
