MOSCOW - Russia will not provide Ukraine with additional gas discounts for the winter period beyond that which has already been determined by the formula.
“We already said which formula will be used for determining the discount,” Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters answering a question about which discount Moscow could give Kyiv for the winter period.
Answering an additional question as to whether there could be yet more discounts, the minister answered in the negative.
