MOSCOW - The Russian government will draft an order to award Ukraine a gas price discount very soon, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters.
“The Energy Ministry has received a request from the European Commission to consider awarding Ukraine a gas discount within the bounds of the duty,” Novak said.
“The government will soon draft its decision and the issue will be discussed,” he said.
