As of June 1, 2012 the South Ukrainian Branch of Arzinger is led by Andriy Selyutin, who became Counsel at Arzinger.

He specializes in civil, economic, corporate and tax law, and in such industries as telecommunication, agriculture, infrastructure and transport, insurance and energy.

Andriy has been practicing law for over 10 years now.

He was involved in legal support of the major investment projects in South of Ukraine, such as construction of new terminals in sea ports, land plots purchase and development, purchase, sale, reorganization and technical re-equipment of leading industrial enterprises, raising of credits from foreign banks and international financial institutions, etc.

Branch Office in Odesa has been established in September 2010. Its lawyers provide legal services for Arzinger’s clients in Odessa, Nikolayev, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, and Crimea.
