Antonina Yaholnyk joined AstapovLawyers as a Partner and Head of Competition and Compliance Practices.
Prior to joining AstapovLawyers Antonina Yaholnyk held a position of Baker & McKenzie’s Partner heading Competition & Compliance Law Practice Groups.
Antonina Yaholnyk has over 10 years of experience handling antitrust, trade and compliance matters. She assisted numerous multinational and national companies in connection with their cross-border acquisitions, mergers and reorganizations, as well as cases on diverse competition law matters, distribution, unfair competition, pre-IPO group clearance and other competition and compliance issues.
Mrs Yaholnyk holds a LLM degree from the University of Cambridge (UK), Master’s degree International Law and Economics from the World Trade Institute (Switzerland).
