Hennadiy Voytsitskyi has over 18 years of professional experience acting for multinational and domestic clients in international tax planning and structuring, including cross-border inbound and outbound investment, customs, tax controversy and litigation, and wealth management, matters.
Hennadiy received his J.D. from the Institute of International Relations in 1996 and his LL.M. in International Taxation from Harvard Law School in 2004, in which year he also successfully completed a non-degree International Tax Program of the Harvard Law School. Hennadiy joined the Kyiv office in 2000 and was made a local partner in 2007.
He is admitted to practice law in Ukraine. Mr. Voytsitskyi is also a licensed defense attorney of Ukraine.
