Igor Siusel has joined Lavrynovych & Partners, a Ukrainian law firm, as an associate partner.
In his new role, Siusel will focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, insurance law and intellectual property.
Over the past few years, Siusel has worked as a senior associate with Baker & McKenzie.
Earlier, he held a senior position in Ukraine’s Transport Ministry and at Oranta,a leading Ukrainianinsurance company.
Siusel has extensive experience in the field of transportation, communications and insurance.
He is a licensed attorney and holds a law degree from the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
