Slava Vlasov was appointed partner at the tax and legal services practice in Ukraine for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Prior to this position, Vlasov worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Russia for the past 12 years, most recently as tax director.
Vlasov comes to Ukraine with 15 years experience serving top domestic and multinational companies in the fast moving consumer goods sectors in Central and Eastern Europe.
Vlasov has already jumped in to represent the Ukrainian business community in discussions on adoption of a new tax code with Ukraine’s parliament and government.
He is also a treasurer for the International Fiscal Association in Ukraine as well as an active member of the Tax Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
Vlasov graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in law in 1995.
