Svitlana Kovalska has joined Kyiv-based law firm AstapovLawyers.
In her new position, Kovalska will work as a senior associate for the firm’s capital markets and securities practice.
She will also be involved in debt, securities and bond-related projects for Russian, Ukrainian and international issuers.
Kovalska comes to AstapovLawyers with two years of experience at Hannes Snellman, an international law firm.
She also has three years of experience as a senior associate with another international law firm. Kovalska obtained her law degree from Zaporizhya National University in 2001.
