Volodymyr Yakubovskyy has joined Kyiv-based law firm AstapovLawyers as a senior associate with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and antitrust matters.
Prior to joining AstapovLawyers, Yakubovskyy practiced for several years as an associate in the corporate and mergers and acquisitions department of Magisters law firm.
Yakubovskyy has substantial experience in representing leading national, foreign and CIS based market players in various corporate, merger and acquisition matters.
Yakubovskyy holds a master’s degree in international law from Lviv National Ivan Franko University, a master’s of law in international business practice from the School of Law, Boston University, USA, and a master’s in corporate and commercial law from the University of Cambridge.
