The GenAviaInvest and Hurst companies, controlled by Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk, own a total of 27.31% of PJSC AeroSvit and are the largest shareholders, Head of the Supervisory Council Gregory Gurtovoy has told Interfax Ukraine.

“At the same time, a stake of 2.41% owned by Hurst is disputed. There is an old corporate dispute on this stake, but it is formally registered for this company,” the head of the supervisory council said.

Gurtovoy added that his own company, Finavia Cyprus, owns 24.9%, and the State Property Fund 22.4%.

According to him, the remaining 25.39% belongs to smaller shareholders.

“As far as I know, Ihor Kolomoisky through Tasma company owns 9.1% of AeroSvit,” he said.

Gurtovoy said that claims of EastOne investment and consulting group, uniting the assets of Viktor Pinchuk, concerning his removal from the management of AeroSvit are not justified.

“They have not come to any of dozens of meetings that were held. If there is a desire to participate in management, you are always welcome,” Gurtovoy said.
