The average price of land plots for building houses in Kyiv region over the period from July 4 to August 3, 2012 fell by 0.68%, to $3,080 per hundred square meters, reads a press release of Kyiv-based SV Development consulting company.
The company said that the largest fall in average prices in July was seen in Boryspil district – by 1.42%, to $3,308 per hundred square meters, while the largest growth was registered in Bila Tserkva district – by 1.54%, to $1,188 per hundred square meters.
The cheapest district in the region was Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky district with an average price of $1,009 per hundred square meters, and the most expensive one was Kyivo-Sviatoshyne district, with an average price of $4,564 per hundred square meters.
