The average price of retail space outside shopping malls on the secondary market in Odesa from August 8 to September 7, 2012 grew by 0.11%, to $1,883 per square meter, reads a report of Kyiv-based SV Development consulting company.
The company says that the largest growth in the price of retail space in Odesa in the period was seen in Kotovskoho Settlement – by 0.48%, to $1.458 per square meter, while the district remains the cheapest one.
The lowest growth in the price of retail space in Odesa in the period was seen in Cheremushki district – by 0.17%, to $1.789 per square meter.
"Prymorsky district remained the most expensive one, where the average price was $2.121 per square meter," reads the report.
The prices in Moldavanka district in Odesa stabilized at $1.463 per square meter.
The average price of retail space outside shopping malls on the secondary market in Dnipropetrovsk in the period stabilized at $1,546 per square meter.
The cheapest district was Leninsky district ($1,203 per sq m), while the most expensive one was Babushkinsky district, with an average price of $1,817 per square meter.
