Kyiv-based Providna insurance company has paid out Hr 202,700 on an insurance claim for a stolen Toyota Land Cruiser car, the insurer reported in a posting on its Web site.
According to the company, the car was insured under an incoming reinsurance agreement.
In 2011, the company paid out over Hr 2.7 million on reinsurance agreements.
Providna has been working on the Ukrainian insurance market since 1995. It offers over 80 insurance products based on obligatory and voluntary types of insurance.
