National car dealer Bogdan-Auto Holding, part of Bogdan Corporation, and Shell Oil Products Ukraine, the operating company of international oil company Shell, have signed a three-year cooperation agreement on the territory of Ukraine, under which the holding will be delivered over 300,000 liters of Shell Helix lubricants.
According to a press release from Bogdan Corporation, from June 2013 all service stations of the all-Ukrainian network of Bogdan-Auto Holding will use Shell lubricants.
Bogdan Corporation Spokesman Serhiy Krasulia told Interfax-Ukraine that previously Shell lubricants were supplied to the holding companies with other goods, while after signing the agreement Shell Oil Products Ukraine becomes the exclusive supplier.
The program also foresees training and consulting activities for staff development and other solutions to improve customer loyalty and increase profitability of after-sales service as a whole.
Shell Oil Products Ukraine has not specified the amount of its investment in the program.
