As of November 30, some 15 trains were standing idle on the approaches to customer enterprises, the press service of State Railways Administration Ukrzaliznytsia has said.
Four trains are waiting for loading on Prydniprovska Railways, while
eleven loaded trains are being delayed on Donetsk Railways near
Alchevsk.
“National enterprises and the economy of Ukraine as a whole suffer
from the inefficient use of freight cars. Ukrzaliznytsia is insisting on
compliance with the integrated technological procedures, and demands
cargo shippers and cargo owners return rolling stock on time,” reads the
report.
