The Standard&Poor's international rating agency has placarded Ukraine's rating on national scale from uaBBB to uaA, the agency said.

The rating action follower the upgrade of Ukraine’s obligations in foreign currency from CCC+/C to the level of B-/C and obligations in local currency from B-/C to B/B level.

Enhancement of the political and credit-monetary system of Ukraine could positively influence on the rating dynamics.

As earlier reported, on March 12, Standard & Poor’s, an international credit rating agency, has raised the ratings of the Crimean autonomous republic, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Luhansk from CCC+/uaBB to B-/uaBBB-, affirmed the rating of Kyiv at CCC+, and affirmed the ratings of Lviv and Odesa at CCC+/uaBB.
