Under the law on the national budget, the draft Tax Code should be worked out for at least half a year and implemented from Jan. 1, 2012.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee for Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship Natalia Korolevska expressed this opinion during the First Ukrainian Taxation Forum in Kyiv on Oct. 28.
"We offer the following option: the Tax Code should be completed and approved under the budget declaration and the law on the national budget by July 15, 2011, and then it would be adopted and implemented starting from Jan. 1, 2012," Korolevska said.
"I propose to eliminate the mistakes in the Tax Code," she said.
