Telecompaper: Ukraine announces draft price of 3G licences

According to the methodology, three winners of the tender would pay Hr 1.72 billion to Hr 2.37 billion for 3G bands.

Ukrainian national telecommunications regulator NKRZI has announced draft conditions of the 3G tender, reports BiZLigaNet. The conditions also include the draft methodology of calculating the licence price.
