Three Ukrainian companies, including the Enterprise for Housing Operation and Maintenance Ltd., part of the Avantazh investment and construction corporation (both based in Kharkiv), are in mid October to hold a road show on entering the New Connect trading floor at the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), according to a press release of the corporation.

The corporation did not name the other two companies, saying only
they are not part of Avantazh corporation and deal with the production
of energy saving equipment and the processing of agricultural goods.

According to the document, the road show will be conducted on the
Kharkiv-Dnipropetrovsk-Kyiv route. Its participants, besides the WSE
and AMC Avantazh Capital Management, which signed an agreement with the
WSE on September 7, 2009, under which it becomes the WSE’s IPO-partner
in Ukraine, will be two foreign investment banks interested in
investing into Ukrainian business, the names of which were not
disclosed.

According to the press release, the representatives of AMC Avantazh
Capital Management on September 15 will visit Poland to present these
three companies.

Avantazh is a vertically integrated holding comprising of the
companies CJSC Spetsbudmontazh, Spetsbudtekhnika Ltd., Slobozhansky
construction materials plant, MK S.K.S.M. Ltd., CJSC 16358 motor
transport firm, ZAMK Glasstek Ltd., Avantazh -Estate Ltd. and others.
