You're reading: Transit tariffs for Russian oil through Ukraine go up 8% on January 1

Tariffs for oil transit from Russia through Ukraine via the Druzhba system went up by 8% as of January 1, 2013. 

The new tariff is 8.35 euro per tonne, compared with the previous one of 7.7 euro per tone, Transneft said.

The tariffs for pumping oil through Kazakhstan, under an agreement with KazTransOil, came to 368.85 tenge per tonne.

Tariffs for Belarus will hold until February 2013. The rate for Unecha-Adamovo (Germany, Poland) comes to 179.3 rubles per tonne, Unecha-Brody (Hungary, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina) – 77 rubles per tonne, and Unecha-Mozyr (Belarus) – 38.21 rubles per tonne.

The tariff for Nevel-Poltsk-Vysokoye (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Ukraine) – 22.33 rubles per tonne, Nevel-Polotsk-Naftan – 21.7 rubles per tonne, Unech-Poltsk-Naftan – 83.46 rubles per tonne, and Nevel-Polotsk-Unecha for the Mozyr Refinery – 18.8 rubles per tonnes.
