You're reading: UIA to launch some domestic flights in summer

Ukraine International Airlines plans in the summer season of 2015 to open regular direct flights from Kyiv to Zaporizhia, as well as from Lviv and Kharkiv to Odesa. 

According to the press service of UIA, flights on the Kyiv-Zaporizhia-Kyiv route will be operated four times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Flights connecting Kharkiv and Lviv with Odesa will be performed twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, Mondays and Fridays respectively.

Flights will be operated on board Boeing 737 aircraft with two classes of service – business and economy.

The cost of economy class return tickets including fees and taxes is as follows: Kyiv-Zaporizhia – from UAH 998, Kharkiv-Odesa – from Hr 1,022, Lviv-Odesa – from Hr 1,019. Prices may vary depending on changes in the hryvnia to U.S. dollar exchange rate.

As reported, UIA plans in 2015 to develop air transportation from Ukrainian regions using a low-cost model.
