The deficit of Ukraine's national budget in January 2013 was estimated at Hr 1.636 billion, which was by 88.6% financed at the expense of internal sources, according to the Ukrainian Finance Ministry. 

The revenues of the national budget in January 2013 totaled Hr 23.201 billion, while outlays stood at Hr 24.837 billion, the ministry said on Friday.

According to the ministry, the deficit of the national budget in December 2012 rose to Hr 12.223 billion with revenues totaling Hr 40.414 billion and outlays totaling Hr 52.637 billion.

According to the law on the national budget for 2013, its revenues are estimated at Hr 362.83 billion, including Hr 315.224 billion in the general fund, with expenses at Hr 412.061 billion and Hr 363.630 billion respectively.

The budget deficit is projected at not higher than Hr 50.532 billion, including Hr 44.535 billion in the general fund.
