WARSAW, 11 Dec (Reuters) - Ukrainian coal producer Sadovaya Group set initial public offering (IPO) price at 8.6 zlotys ($2.82) for its debut at the Warsaw stock exchange, the company said in a statement on Saturday, Dec. 11.

At 8.6 zlotys per share the 25 percent stake earmarked for IPO was worth about 92 million zlotys ($30.1 mln), Sadovaya said. The company had expected the flotation would take place around end-December.
Earlier in December Ukrainian gas producer Geo-Alliance Oil-Gas cancelled its IPO in Warsaw and Lithuanian aviation company Avia Solutions, as well as AFI Europe a unit of Israeli developer Israeli Properties AFPR.TA, postponed their planned floatation on eastern Europe’s largest stock exchange citing market jitters.
