grouped together under the WIG-Ukraine index. They represent the biggest

A union of Ukrainian companies listed abroad is seeking to revamp the nation's tattered image and improve the level of investor relations. This, the companies hope, will help create a communication-friendly culture in Ukraine and instill long-term thinking among the nation's firms.

It is hoped that this initiative taken by the Poles will influence others to join in removing the corruption at high levels. Once this is completed then "management" in viable companies can be educated as to how to operate honestly and profitably.
