PJSC Yalta-Intourist hotel complex (Yalta, Crimea) in 2012 saw its net profit rise by 3.9 times in comparison to 2011, to Hr 38.3 million.

According to the announcement of the next meeting of shareholders scheduled for April 29, its assets last year decreased by 0.8%, to Hr 232.3 million.

Its retained earnings increased by 3.9 times, to Hr 51.5 million. Its current liabilities decreased five-fold, to UAH 10.3 million, and its long-term liabilities were down by 7.9%, to Hr 38.5 million.

Its total debtor indebtedness decreased by 35.6%, to Hr 7.3 million.

Its staff in the past year fell to 714 people from 720 people a year ago.

Yalta-Intourist hotel complex was reformed from the Yalta hotel enterprise in 1997.

The four-star hotel Yalta-Intourist with 1,140 rooms (2,300 people) is located at the coast of the Black Sea in Massandra Park in Yalta.

The main shareholders of the hotel, according to the securities commission, in the third quarter of 2012 were Millarford Management Limited (50%) and Vigornaro Holdings Limited (24.9029%, both based in Cyprus).

The company’s charter capital by the end of 2012 amounted to Hr 84.792 million.
