The National Commission for the State Regulation of Financial Services Markets has permitted Roza Dvoretska to acquire a substantial stake in Zakhid-Rezerv insurance company with additional liability (Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast) through a direct purchase of 98.5 percent of the charter capital.
The corresponding decree of July 23 has been posted on the website of the regulator.
Previously, the main shareholder of the insurer with a stake of 98.5 percent was Volodymyr Dvoretsky.
Zakhid-Rezerv insurance company was registered in 1998.
According to the unified state register of legal entities and individuals, the ultimate beneficiary of the company is Volodymyr Dvoretsky.
The charter capital of the insurer is Hr 12.25 million.
