Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) invites you to participate in a unique event - IV UBA Judicial Forum, to be held 1-2 October 2015 in Kyiv.
This year the UBA Judicial Forum will become one of the largest and most influential events of the year at the legal market.
The event has already got several remarkable features. Given the urgency and importance of the subject, the Forum program will cover two working days of instead of one. The first day of the Forum will embrace issues of investment attractiveness and competitive jurisdictions, the practical implementation of the theory of the rule of law and the fair justice. The second day will focus on judicial reform and changes in the industry, international legal disputes and the potential of constitutional complaints.
We are also pleased to draw attention to the fact that the UBA IV Judicial Forum will be held with the support of the EU Project “Support for Justice Reforms in Ukraine”. In addition, we are supported by: Kyiv City Council, Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and the Art Arsenal.
This year the Forum participants will have the unique opportunity to join together at the evening reception and the presentation of a private collection “Contemporary Art” at Art Arsenal in Kyiv.
