All figures concerning the budget for the reconstruction of the Olympiysky National Sports Complex in Kyiv are not final, and the approximate cost of the work is Hr 4.2 billion, according to a statement on the complex' official Web site.

"The design has not been completed, the issue of working documents is continuing.

Therefore all budgets announced earlier are not final. The approximate cost of reconstruction is Hr 4.2 billion," the statement reads.

As reported, the government of Ukraine (resolution No. 1586-r of July 28, 2010) increased the total budget for the reconstruction of existing objects and the construction of new objects at the Olympiysky National Sports Complex in Kyiv by 42%, to Hr 3.006 billion (earlier the figure was Hr 2.115 billion).

Currently three general contractors – Kyivmiskbud, AK Engineering (both based in Kyiv), and Dnipropetrovsk-based Master-Profi Ukraine Ltd., are involved in the work at the Olympiysky complex.
