The construction of a transport hub near terminal D of Boryspil International Airport has been finished, the press service of the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry has reported.

The press service said that the new hub considerably increases the capacity of approach roads to the airport and increases traffic safety.
In addition, conditions for the convenient access to all buildings of the airport have been created.

As reported, the opening of terminal D at the Boryspil airport is scheduled for May 28, 2012. Regular flights from terminal D will be serviced from May 29, 2012.Boryspil International Airport occupies a site of about 1,000 hectares. It has two runways: one 4,000 meters long and 60 meters wide, and another 3,500 meters long and 63 meters wide. The airport has four passenger terminals and a mail and cargo complex.
