The Ukrainian government is in talks with China on the receiving of a credit on the building of a high-speed railway between Boryspil and Kyiv, according to Ukrainian Premier Mykola Azarov.
"We’re holding rather arduous negotiations on a first credit line for the construction of a high-speed train line that would connect Boryspil and Kyiv," he said on the Fifth TV Channel late on Friday.
The premier said that difficulties are linked with the issue that China is insisting on a large goods compound, which does not suit Ukraine.
