The Call Center of Kyiv city municipally owned budget establishment is now providing twenty-four-hour, maximally effective and operative responses to all appeals of Kyiv citizens to the city authorities, the press service of Kyiv City State Administration reported on Tuesday.

According to its report, Head of Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov signed a corresponding order on the newly created call center, which is to receive, process and monitor the implementation by Kyiv officials of appeals from citizens.

"First of all, this is a means of communication between Kyiv citizens and city officials, a method to inform wishes of citizens to those who must resolve their problems," the press service said.

Claims and appeals are submitted by the phone number ’15-51′ and via the Internet.
