The Kyiv prosecutor's office has brought an action on the termination of a rental agreement and returning of a land plot with an area of 0.2 hectares at 14-16 Andriyivsky Uzviz, Zamkova Hora (Castle Hill) to the territorial community.

As the press service of the prosecutor’s office in Kyiv reported on
Tuesday, July 24, the suit was lodged in April 2012 because of the failure to
fulfill the conditions of the rental agreement. The suit is being
considered by the Economic Court of Kyiv.

The prosecutor’s office saud that under decision of the Kyiv City
Council on October 6, 2005, Markon Ltd. obtained a lease on the land
plot for 15 years for building, operating and servicing a hotel complex
with catering establishments and a parking area.

As reported, under the order of the Culture Ministry No .45 as of
January 20 2012, Andriyivsky Uzviz and Zamkova Hora entered the State
register as city building monument of local significance.
