As the press service of Kyiv prosecutor’s office reported on Monday, a land plot with an area of 0.23 hectares, which is situated on the intersection of Striletska Street and Heorhiyivsky Lane, in 2007 was rented under a court decision to Dokas Ltd. for five years for it to build a residential building with fitted premises and underground parking.

After the rent term terminated, the prosecutor’s office asked to the court to return this land plot to the Kyiv community, as it is in the buffer zone of the reserve and building is prohibited there.
