You're reading: Kyivmiskbud starts construction of residential block with 1,200 apartments in Kyiv

PJSC Kyivmiskbud (Kyiv), one of the largest developers in Ukraine, has launched construction and assembly work on a site at 52/1 Henri Barbusse Street in Kyiv, where a residential block with 1,229 apartments will be built.

According to the Web site of the builder, the block consists of seven- to 25-storey residential complexes, its construction will include five stages.

According to the report, the total area of apartments in the complex will be 91,203 square meters, in particular it will include 473 one-room apartments, 392 two-room apartments, 274 three-room apartments, 85 four-room apartments and five five-room apartments. Parking lots will be located under the residential complexes.

The total area of built-in non-residential premises will be 16,653 square meters.

The company has not reported on the date of the project completion.

Kyivmiskbud was set up on the basis of municipally owned construction corporation Kyivmiskbud in 1994 through the merger of controlling stakes in 28 enterprises and other assets in its charter capital.
