Head of Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov has said that he is ready to participate in a mayoral election.
"I’m ready to participate in the election. I don’t want to predict its results… My task is to give Kyiv a chance to get rapid development and reach decent positions," he said in an interview published in the Focus magazine on Friday.
