Portnikov becomes TVi president

Vitaliy Portnikov has become the president of the TVi Channel (TeleRadіoSvіt Television Company), reads a statement posted on the channel's Web site on Tuesday.

Vitaliy Portnikov has become the president of the TVi Channel (TeleRadіoSvіt Television Company), reads a statement posted on the channel's Web site on Tuesday. 

In addition, Natalia Katerynchuk became the director general of the channel. Mykola Kniazhytsky, who earlier held this post, has been elected an MP and, under a decision of the channel's editorial board, and led the editorial board on a voluntary basis.

The TVi Channel's editorial board includes Portnikov, Katerynchuk, Artem Shevchenko, Myroslav Marynovych, Adam Michnik, Marcin Wojciechowski, and Ladislav Snopko.
