Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will attend a ceremony to open Terminal D at Boryspil International Airport on May 28, according to Vice Premier and Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov.
"On Monday, May 28, the president of Ukraine will open Terminal D," the minister said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.He noted that with the opening of Terminal D, other terminals at the airport could then be closed . In particular, the terminals A and B will be decommissioned.
According to Kolesnikov, Terminal C will service charter and low-cost flights.
