Prices of offices in Kyiv outside business centers 0.6% up in August

The average price of offices on the secondary market in Kyiv outside business centers from August 11 to September 10, 2012 grew by 0.63%, to $2,088 per square meter, Kyiv-based SV Development consulting company has reported.

The company said that a rise in the price of offices was seen in all of the city's districts over the period, and the largest growth was registered in the Darnytsky District – by 1.2%, to $1,775 per square meter.

The cheapest district was Desniansky district, with an average price of $1,576 per square meter, and the most expensive one was Pechersky District with a price of $3,060 per square meter.

SV Development has been working on Ukraine's real estate consulting market since 2005.
