Three topless female activists from the FEMEN movement staged an improvised execution of an innocent rabbit outside the building of the Pechersky Court in Kyiv, which is hearing a case against former Ukrainian interior minister Yuriy Lutsenko charged with malfeasance.

The activists came up to the entrance of the court building on Thursday, an Interfax correspondent said (watch the video).

One of them was the "executioner," the other an "innocent victim" with a black sack and rabbit ears on her head, and the third one was "helping" the executioner to hold the subject of the execution (watch the video).

"Rabbit slaughtering!" they shouted.

This is an improvisation of the "killing of the innocent rabbit Lutsenko," the young women told Interfax-Ukraine.

"But in reality Lutsenko is not an innocent victim, he is also part of the power. All this is a show, and we are waiting for the authorities and the opposition to cut each other’s throats," one of the FEMEN activists said.

After the show, several police officers tried to detain the female activists, but the young women quickly put on clothes and ran away (watch the video).

It is unclear whether the policemen caught up with the provocative young women.
