Vydubychi bus station for 20,000 passengers opens in Kyiv

Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has opened the Vydubychi bus station in Kyiv, according to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent.

The station was officially opened on Thursday, Aug. 23.

"Today we are opening a large modern bus station, designed for a significant passenger flow. It will solve many problems," the premier told reporters.

According to the press service of the government, the Vydubychi construction project is part of the project of the construction of a rail and automobile bridge across the Dnipro River.

The bus station will service up to 20,000 passengers per day on 70 routes.
